The AFA opposes the omnicidal  practices of agriculture. It aims to point out the reality of the destruction caused and being caused by ‘progress’, technology and civilisation and to shatter the illusion that these things are positive and beneficial for the human race and the planet as a whole.

We feel that society in general is at a crucial point where the overall disgust for daily life is reaching a new high point everyday.

Background

1. Deserts in areas of early civilisations prove flawed logic of patriarchal, settled, sedentary agriculture

2. Ecosystems in collapse globally; Mass extinction of life (plants, animals, indigenous and civilised peoples) underway

3. Markets fully aware of situation. Growth of bio- fuels sector confirms and hastens this process

4. Nutritional content of foods in decline due to over-farming, soil depletion and general omnicidal capitalistic paradigm

5. Tribal peoples in retreat over the globe as even marginal lands are consumed by relentless process of industrial civilisation and domestication

6. Tried and tested genocidal methods of control, devastation, and coercion drive peaceful nomadic / semi nomadic peoples from their traditional life-ways toward dependency, poverty, alcohol, slavery and suicide.

7. Marine life devastated, biologically dead zones spreading daily. Sea life at 10% (supposedly) of pre-civilisation levels.

8. Mental/physical health degeneration, drug/destructive lifestyle addictions prominent throughout industrialised world adding to mass ‘psychosis’ due to loss of relationship with / destruction of natural world
